Designing Research Strategy for Growth.
We are user experience, market research and product advisors and partners. We’re not here to just conduct research — we help companies build a sustainable, scalable research function that aligns with their unique needs and growth trajectory. Through strategy, coaching, and support, we deliver clear and immediate value by showing you how to make smarter, research-driven decisions while saving costs over time.
Why Research Strategy?
- Research comes too late to be leveraged
- Too many researchers are hired too quickly upon funding
- Junior researchers lack research-specific leaders to guide them
- Product managers are forced to rely on me-search
- Designers DIY research, in a perpetual validation loop

Kelly is a seasoned research leader and strategist, with significant experience mentoring researchers and scaling teams. Her career has spanned the political, communications, and tech spaces as a leader both agency and client-side. She began her career with several years of political research inside the beltway, before moving to the west coast to lead a team of communications and market researchers at Ketchum, a global public relations agency.
Kelly’s shift to client-side research roles included building, transforming, and leading teams at Gap Inc, Target, Facebook, and Peloton.
